We have also given importance to women empowerment and our mines employ about 350 employees out of which 70% are tribal & women who engaged in supervising, the skilled and unskilled category's in mining, mineral sorting and processing operations. Proper management practices are followed and all the waste material are been also taken care of and all the old dumps are used in the process of deforestation in which more than 10, 000 plants have been surviving which shows our commitment toward our mother Earth.
